1. How long will the repairs take?
      Depending on the amount of damage, your service representative will inform you at       the time the estimate is complete.
  
2. Will the paint color match?
      Each vehicle is given a paint code at the factory.  Our Dupont Paint System uses that        code to assist in matching the color.

3. Can I have other service work done on my car while it’s at       the repair center?
      Absolutely.  Just speak with an advisor in the service department and let them know       your concerns.  We will send  your car to them when our work is completed.   

4. Who pays for the repairs and when?
      Payment is due upon completion of repairs.  We accept all major credit cards, cash       or checks.  In most cases you can direct your insurance company to pay on your       behalf.

5. How will I know when my car is done?
      Your service representative will provide a personal call to keep you informed of       delivery time.  Every vehicle is washed and vacuumed.

And as an extra service, after repairs are completed we follow up with a personal phone call to ensure 100% satisfaction!
