How long will the repairs take? Based on the amount of damage your vehicle has sustained, your advisor will be able to inform you at the time the estimate is complete.
Can I get a ride home when I drop off my car for repairs? We are more than happy to accommodate you and make the process as easy as we can.
Will the paint color match? Each vehicle is given a paint code at the factory. Our Dupont Paint System uses that code to assist in matching the color.
Can I have other service work done on my car while it's at the collision center? Absolutely…Just speak with an advisor in the service department and let them know what other work you would like completed; we will coordinate with them and take care of it all.
Who pays for the repairs and when? Payment is due upon completion of repairs. We accept all major credit cards, cash or checks. In most cases you can direct your insurance company to pay on your behalf.
How will I know when my car is done? Your advisor will provide you with a personal call to keep you informed of delivery time. Every vehicle is washed and vacuumed.
After repairs are completed and car is delivered we will follow up with a personal phone call to ensure 100% satisfaction.
