About Jeff Lupient

President and CEO of the Lupient Automotive Group Jeff Lupient could have had his way if he wanted to. But instead of taking the easy way up to the top, he decided to work his way up in his father's company, proving that he's got what it takes to run the family's chain of dealerships.

From a young age, Jeff was already exposed to the ins and outs of their family business. He would sometimes go to the dealerships and do small tasks like greeting customers and wiping the cars clean. Those days were enough to instill a sense of hard work in the young Jeff, which is why when the time came to join his father's company, he wasn't afraid to get his hands dirty.

Jeff graduated from Hamline University in St. Paul with a Bachelor's in Political Science. His first job after finishing his studies was as a dealership manager for Lupient Buick Pontiac GMC in Golden Valley. A year later, he was called to serve as Executive Manager for Jim Lupient Infiniti in Golden Valley, where he honed his skills in sales and management. For having steered the dealership into profitability, Jeff Lupient was awarded the prestigious Infiniti Award of Excellence for three consecutive years, from 2008 to 2010.
